When you register, we automatically activate the Business plan for 14 days free of charge. No payment card details are required in advance. After the trial period ends, your account automatically switches to the free Starter plan. We will never charge you anything without your knowledge and consent.

Yes, you have full control over switching between the Lite, Business, and Ultimate plans. You can change your plan at any time directly from your administration panel, and the change takes effect immediately.

SMS messages are charged using prepaid credit. You can top up your balance starting from €10 (excluding VAT). Each SMS costs €0.07. A standard SMS contains up to 70 characters. Longer messages are split into multiple SMS parts and consume more credit. Your purchased credit never expires.

For each successfully completed online payment, we charge a fee of 2.8% + €0.30 + VAT. The minimum transaction amount is €3.00.

When you are approaching your monthly booking limit, we will notify you in advance by email. If you exceed the limit, we will offer you the option to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing bookings will remain untouched, but the system will stop accepting new bookings until you upgrade your plan or a new calendar month begins.
